Section 2: Personality

Personality: Flexible and ever changing like the winds around him, Ventus is one that is often unpredictable but more often than not is a rather calm (as well as calming) person. He likes to work around others as to not disrupt the flow, making him adaptable and a natural squad leader. In fact if not for his personality making him so chill that he is content with his current strength he may have worked harder to develop his skills as a jonin but such things matter not to him. But like the winds he can go from a soothing breeze to a raging typhoon in a matter of seconds though that only normally happens when he senses his sibling is in danger despite he power level being far above his own.
Likes: An avid lover of sweets, he often is the target of jealousy for women and men alike as he is able to eat all the sugar crusted delights he wants and gain no weight at all. Above all sweets though he is a fan of pocky and is almost always seen with a box of it on his person.
Dislikes/Fears: Though not a terrible fear he is not a common visitor of the mork tunnels due to an accident that occurred there when he was a child. Though the mental scars of that event don't make him to afraid to enter the tunnels he is constantly on edge whenever he has reason to venture there.
Motivation: Funny thing is that Ventus really has no motivation yet, sure he wants the normal things like to see his country and family happy as well as living a comfy life but none of those things really drive him. The one thing that slightly pushes him along is the truth that life is short and while he refuses to do obviously stupid things he wants to have an interesting life for people to talk about at his funeral.


Section 3: Clan Information

Bloodline: Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan
Bloodline Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. (Jutsu is only able to be copied by Ninja in the Copy Wheel Path, but basic fighting movements using fists, feet, swords, etc as well as behavioral movements can be copied by every Uchiha)

The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.

The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.

The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

2 Tomoe allows the user to see chakra, copy movements, copy ninjutsu of the user's rank (once paid for and registered.) The reaction time and speed of the user is also raised by 20%.

Special Jounin Rank to achieve Tomoe 3

3 Tomoe allows the user all of the previous abilities. Their reaction time and speed are increased by 30%. If the user makes eye contact with their opponent, they can activate a genjutsu technique with no charge that can be registered for free by the user. (The genjutsu must be of B-rank or lower; simply register it in Technique Registration).

S Rank to achieve Mangekyou Sharingan

Mangekyo allows for Abilities such as Tsukuyomi. Kamui, and Amaterasu to become usable, however if it used more than once a week (excluding the Kamui) the user becomes blind and loses their sharingan. The Mangekyou also gives the Uchiha a 30% speed/reaction boost as well as other abilities in the previous tomoe. Everyone's Mangekyou Sharingan is designed completely different and unique.

To achieve Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the Uchiha in question must transplant another pair of Mangekyou Sharingan to replace their own.

User is still limited on uses of Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu per week, but they are now able to use it thrice without any consequences.

Stat boosts do not stack. When the "slowing down time" illusion occurs, no matter who or what is being slowed down, movement appears to be moving at half-speed, like someone hit the Slow-mo button on your opponent (or in the Mangekyou's case, the slow-mo button was pushed on everything around them).
History of Clan: The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.

Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.

The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Kusamugakure, with the leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as kage. They turned their backs on those who opposed the overall decision, and they defected. Now the Uchiha clan slowly regained their influence in peacetime but what happens next will depend on the generations to come.
Location of Clan: Previously Jokigakure, but because of destruction, the clan is scattered.


Section 4: Background

Character History: When he was a child he lived in the hidden volcano village though not past his first year. As a baby he was stolen away along with his sister Ayame to be the Uchiha pets of the Yamakage. Ayame was the more power of the two and thus was looked upon more by the Yamakage while Ventus was more or less left behind like a failed experiment who could not even activate his sharingan until age sixteen. The siblings were separated upon arrival in the underground village though without knowing it they would meet again in the academy. During their classes Ventus often found himself staring at his sister though not in the same way he stared at other girls. There was something about her that he could feel a connection to even without having any clue at this point that they were related.

As a genin the kid was quite the workload for his sensei, his ever shifting moods often made him curious which resulted in a lot of questions that ended up annoying his teammates. It was several months before the chunin exam that the mork tunnel incident happened. While on a mission to check the stability of a minor tunnel there was a collapse that nearly crushed one of his teammates, he acted quickly and was able to move the girl out of the way in time but the end result being a broken ankle in addition to being trapped alone in the dark for several hours. Eventually he was recovered from his prison and healed but things changed both for good and bad that day with him earning the friendship of his squad as well as a mental distrust for the tunnels themselves.

It was now time for the chunin exams as well as when he was at last revealed to have a sister. It was during a test that involved a mini tournament between the candidates who got past the previous tests and challenges. He was pitted against her in the first round and once again he felt the connection. He fought well and managed to put on enough of a display of his ability to adapt to situations to impress the kage of the rebellion to promote him despite his defeat, if you could call it that. He had taken a heavy amount of damage over the course of the fight and was losing a lot of blood but continued fighting until he knew he reached his limit and simply gave the victory to her before passing out. Upon waking up he was informed of the secret between the two fighters, a bit of her blood was mixed in with his as she was a viable candidate to donate blood to him and a bi-product of the procedure revealed that only were they of the same clan but also direct family relation.

Since then he has gone on to be a recognized member of society in the underground village as well as close to his sister even though her fiery personality often gets not only her but him into trouble.

RP Sample: The village was busy today down in the lower district, the commoners were a hard working people due to their lack of shinobi skills and it was the work ethic that this brought about that made me enjoy spending time around them. I sat in a small tea house called the Jade Dragon, a rather new establishment run by and older gentleman and his young nephew who were both extremely polite to everyone that came in and walked by even if the kid seemed rather forced. I had chosen a tea house though because an older and rather high honored member of the Hidden Dune's military had asked to speak with me about my venture into the deep desert, news of my recent discoveries had spread like wildfire in the dry season and everyone was wanting some sort of interview. With the exception of this man I had politely refused up to this point, after all I had no interest in talking about my experiences with people that wouldn't be able to understand them but would be found gladly writing them down for profit given the chance. But even the prestige of my hopefully soon to be colleague was not the true reason for choosing this venue, no at the core of the tangle of reasons was my gourmet taste when it came to exotic teas and while still new and rather underground in the mainstream market the Jade Dragon was becoming known for making quite possibly the best tea in the entire village even compared to the kage's private brew. I simply sat at a table for two in the middle of the room and sipped down the last of my Oolong tea and placed it on the table which was a chance for the level of customer service to be shown. Within seconds the older man that owned the establishment came over and refilled my cup with a smile before moving on. I simply propped up one leg over my knee, leaned back and sipped once more at my drink while reading the book in my other hand entitled, 'The History of the Empire'. My guest would be arriving soon though I was more than equip to wait a while should I need to.
