Personality: Kamekawa is a generally unpleasant being to be around, especially if he is not surrounded by water. He is a rude and short-tempered turtle at the best of times so when he is not surrounded by water he is damn near unbearable with his complaining.

Abilities/Techniques: Base Speed: Kamekawa is able to walk along at a speed of 25 mph, equal to the average chunin. In turn when he swims his speed increases to 35 mph.
Speech: Like most summons Kamekawa is able to speak like a human being, his voice has heavy feelings of anger and grumpiness though its hard to tell as most times when he speaks it's muttering under his breath.
