Bibentis

Type of Equipment: Whip (Mid-Long Range)
Description: Bibentis is a 7 foot long whip. It has a two inch long diamond shaped head on the striking end of the whip. The handle of the Bibentis 1 foot long, 2 inches thick, and has two buttons on the side of the handle at thumb level. One button is above the other. The fiber that the whip is made of is 1/2 cm thick and it is able to rettract into the handle when the bottom button is pressed. It comes out when the top button is pressed. The whip can be changed to any length that the user pleases, given that they press the right button. The handle is also wrapped in burlap, to provide a good grip. At the very end of the handle, (gripping end), their is a one cm long spike.
Ability (or Abilities): Bibentis only has one ability. When the head touches an oppenent, even on armour, it absorbs 10 chakra. This chakra does not go directly into the user however, the user must stab or prick the target they want to gain the chakra with the spike on the end (this includes themselves). The whip can hold up to 30 chakra at on time before it needs emptied. The whip shows no phsyical reaction to absorbing the chakra although the chakra can be seen with various dojutsu.
Durability: The entire whip, head, handle and all has the duability of steel. Other than the burlap handle wraping, which is as durable as fabric.
History of Item: Bibentis has been in my family since it began. It was simply used as a defensive weapon against various people that could meen us harm. I gained the weapon when my father passed away so I could protect myself. I think it could have a much higher purpose as my primary weapon.
Appearance: The head and body of Bibentis are colored black. The handle of Bibentis is brown as well as the burlap wraping around it. The buttons and spike at the bottom are the same color as the head, black.

Yeah, I think this is a no go. I think 24 feet is way too long for a whip. 7 feet is the longest I've ever seen a whip, and that's kinda pushing it. It also needs to be considerably thick so it doesn't break. I don't think a barely-visible fiber could be as strong as steel.
