Background Info: As of late I have been receiving numerous reports of Bandits, Hijackers, and Thieves scouring the outside of the village, waiting for there chance for someone to exit Sakyugakure and rob them. Not all of the people that reside in Sakyugakure are shinobi and they are fairly easy pray for someone with a weapon. It is time we put an end to this threat that plagues our land.

Description: I've brought this minor request to you in hopes that you will resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Honestly It shouldn't take to long there are only about 3 or 4 that reside outside the walls, only one of which is C rank in power the rest are D rankers. If you can arrest them even one would suffice, if you cannot however, removing them from the area shall do.
