Personality: Seymour is the oddball of the Snake Family of summons, but then again, probably the most stereotypical. His voice is slurred and hushed, annunciating the S's in his speech moreso than all other speech particles. He hunts field mice in his off time, but for leisure, he can be found reading books. That's right, reading. No one knows how he gets the books open or turns the page, but he can always be found looking down into an open book that got there somehow. If someone is watching him, he doesn't turn the page.
Size: He is rather large, being about 20 meters in length, and 5 meters in circumference.
Description: He is a large, purple cobra.

Abilities/Techniques: Base Speed: Matches that of a Chuunin.
Thunder Fang: Empowering his fangs with a thick coating of raiton chakra after a round of charging Seymour is able to bite someone and inject the chakra into the victim's flesh. This leaves third degree burns at the point of the bite and slight first to second degree burns in the immediate area around the bite marks out to 6 inches. 4 round cool down.
Flash Strike: After a round of chakra charging Seymour using electric shocks to stimulate his muscles to quickly relax and contract, thus launching him forward to strike at a speed almost unable to be seen by the naked eye. This strike is on par with body flicker in speed though only part of his body moves this fast and thus his range is limited. 4 round cool down.
