Bloodline ability

The Hikari have the ability to use light in their jutsu as they would other elements. Unlike other advanced elements the Hikari's light release is not a combination of two basic elements, but a stand alone primary elements. Hikari may have two other elements like all other Shinobi, but Light must be their primary element. As part of the bloodline the Hikari have phosphorescent lines running beneath their skin, which they can cause to glow a pale blue light. These lines are the paths along which chakra flow, and the special chakra the Hikari possess can shine and give off light at will. This glow can light up a 20 ft area, and the light provided is enough that anyone can see easily within that radius. The Hikari are able to make specific parts of these lines glow, and can isolate the glow to specific parts of their body.

When a person is hit by any light element jutsu, they are 'marked' for one post, the area where they were struck glowing slightly. If hit by another light jutsu before the mark fades they are drained of 10 chakra. A target can only hold one mark at a time, and a jutsu that detonates a mark does not proc another, unless stated. A single jutsu cannot both mark and detonate unless otherwise stated.

Description: The user concentrates Light chakra on his feet. He then uses the gathered Light chakra to boost 5m in any direction, for example, he may use the Light chakra under his feet to jump back, forward or sideways. The speed at which he accelerates from the ground is boosted by 10mph, differing for each rank. If boosting upwards, towards the air, the user can use the Light chakra to glide down with ease. The speed at which the user can glide down is 2mph, Requires charging. Cooldown 3 posts

Name: Beaming Rays

Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: 25ft
Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. The user forms a gun with their fingers, and is able to shoot narrow rays of light at a speed of 30mph. They can shoot up to five rays, that extend up to 25 feet before becoming ineffective. These rays last for 2 seconds after being shot, and any who's flesh comes into contact with them will suffer first degree burns to their body and be marked. 2 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. After the required handseals the user overloads the chakra in their body, causing it to glow as brightly as the sun. For the duration of this jutsu the target glows brightly enough that if anybody were to look directly at the user they are blinded, thi blind is only effective while they are looking at the user and looking away will remove the blindness. Looking back at the again while the technique is beign used will cause the blindness to return. The user is able to move during this technique. Lasts 2 posts. 3 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. After the required handseals the Hikari member uses their unique chakra to bend the light around themselves, causing them to become invisible to the eye. If stationary the user becomes fully invisible, but if they move the effect will ripple, causing them the technique to only be 70% as effective. Lasts 3 posts. 5 post cooldown.

Name: Sword Technique: Light Wave

Type: Kenjutsu
Distance: Touch-25ft
Description:
Requires charging equal to handseals. The user charges light chakra in their hands which then the user send through to the metal of the sword.
The user then slashes his sword which sends a wave of light chakra at the target at the speed of 25 mph causing first degree burns and 3/4 inch cuts, the wave canot pentrate iron, but anything below. The user may use this kenjutsu at touch, to add cuts and first degree burns. If used at touch, depending on the durability of the user's sword, it is able to cut any armour below the durability of the sword. The wave is 10 ft long but 1ft wide. The wave lasts for 2 posts. Cooldown 4 posts.

Name Blazing Sunburst Spear

Description:
Requires charging. The user creates a spear of light 5ft long and can be increased to the size of 20ft, extremely hot to be touched by other than a Hikari clan member. It's similar to the jutsu "Blazing Sunburst Blade". The spear can be thrown at the speed of 25mph, that of a regular Chuunin and leaves a cosmetic trail of light. The blade can pierce iron but cannot pierce anything above the durability of iron, it will only slide through it. The spear causes 2nd degree burns on impact and can pierce 1 inch of human flesh. After 3 posts, the spear explodes, causing 2nd degree burns and draining 10 chakra from anyone other than a Hikari member that is within 5 ft to 10ft proximity(5ft if the spear's size is 5ft and 10ft if the spear's size is 20ft). Cooldown 5 posts

Name: Blazing Sunburst Blade

Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. After charging the user summons a blade of light 4ft in length. This blade is extremely hot to touch by anyone other than a Hikari, and is able to pierce iron with
its point and on contact with skin will cause second degree burns and cut an inch into flesh. This blade can extend and retract up to 30 ft in length at will, extending at a speed of 25 mph. The blade leaves a trail behind it that lasts as long as the blade does, though this trail is merely cosmetic. When struck the blade has the durability of iron, but the blade will not break, it will simply let anything that can break it slide through. Lasts for 3 posts. 5 post cooldown.

Name: Starburst

Distance: 50 ft
Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. Two balls of light form at the end of the user's fingers. On the user's command these balls shoot out at a speed of 30mph at a target. Upon striking the target, or on the users command, the balls of light explode and shoot out a beam of light per ball that home in on the closest enemy at a speed of 35 mph. If struck by these beams, the target suffers second degree burns where the light strikes, in addition they are drained of 10 chakra, and marked. These beams are able to pierce steel. The balls can be held on the fingers for one post. 5 post cooldown.

Description:

Description: The user forms Light chakra around their arms. The user then manipulates the Light chakra to form a rectangular/arrow sheild around their arm. The sheild can withstand the durability of steel but only for 5 hits. After that the sheild is destroyed. It can withstand iron and below without a problem. Lasts for 4 posts (unless it is destroyed by a weapon with the durability of steel or higher). Cooldown 5 posts. Requires charging.

Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: 100 ft
Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. After performing the required handseals the user opens their palms, and twenty beams of light shoot out at their target. These beams travel at 50mph and home in on their target, but only ever travelling in a straight line, zig-zagging when it needs to change direction. The beams can travel around corners and over/under obstacles but can only pierce iron harndess and below, otherwise they are blocked. These beams leave a trail behind them that lasts as long as they do, though they do no damage. When one of these beams strikes a target the others become harmless and accelerate at blinding speeds to meet up with the target. Once all the beams arrive they detonate causing second degree burns in a large area where the first beam struck, and draining 20 chakra, they also mark the target. The beams and trails can last for 2 posts before fading. 5 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging equal to handseals. Light shoots out from the five fingertips of the user and accelerates towards a target at 50mph. Upon striking a target they wrap around them as beams of solid light, draining 20 chakra from the target to maintain their binding, and immobilizing the targets body for two posts. The target can break free of the binding by spending 10 extra chakra to overcharge the beams, causing them to become ineffective. The binding lasts for 2 posts. 5 post cooldown.

Requires charging. The user concentrates wind chakra on their hands which creates a vacuum on their palms. This vacuum can send small objects such as kunai or shuriken to the user's hand, without cutting the user. To send a more larger weapon such as a shortsword, the user must be atleast 5 ft away from the shortsword. This jutsu obviously can't attract objects the size of a human (5ft and above). Generally small objects Cooldown 3 posts.

Description:
The user spins at a very fast rate, enough to make him look like a top(speed is of a Chuunin), this is usually used with a weapon in order to either attack repeatedly or to defend against projectiles, the user can use it when on the ground or in the air. The jutsu can be used when jumping forward towards the opponent, making sure the weapon/hand doesn't touch the ground or the jutsu will end. It can be used to block D-rank jutsu and projectiles such as shuriken or kunai. The attacks are quick, leaving regular 1 inch cuts at the target's body. After the user has performed the jutsu, sight is decreased by 10% for 1 round. Cooldown 3 posts, The jutsu lasts for 1 post. If the user does a training topic of 300 words he can deduct the 10% sight decrease

Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique: Level 1

Distance: Clone Technique
Description: Hand seals, the caster performs their hand seals and is then required to throw a shuriken. After the shuriken is thrown it splits apart into shadows clones so that there are now 50 of them that stay clustered within a 20 foot area of each other. These shuriken travel at 25 mph. After the shuriken either hit their target to cause damage or land the clones 'pop' and disappear. These clones are shadow clones and therefore any damage caused by a clone is equal to damage caused by a real shuriken. 4 round cool down.

Description:
The user appears to split into several clones which looks like he performed Kage Bushin no jutsu, but it's actually a genjutsu. The clones circle around the user until it's a complete circle. The clones cannot harm the opponent. It isn't necessary to form a circle, this jutsu is used as a distraction, in order to conceal the user.
The clones disappear if the opponent attackes/touches them
Lasts for 2 posts or until the clones are destroyed. Cooldown 2 posts. Requires Handseals

Name Wind Shearer

Distance: Arms length or till weapon's length (+3 feet)
Description:
Requires charging
Similar to Shearer, the user spins at a fast rate (as fast as a Chuunin) while generating wind chakra. The wind chakra is sent towards the arms which while spinning creates a suction around the user, which can draw targets into the attack if they are within 6 feet of the user. The wind adds 1 inch cuts (the rest depends on the weapon). It can block C-rank jutsu and projectiles. Lasts for 1 post. Cooldown 5 posts.

Name Big Yo-Yo, Little Yo-Yo: Grow
Rank of Jutsu: B

Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: Self
Description:
Requires handseals and 1 Special Yo-Yo only. The user then spins his Yo-Yo, causing it to grow in size, since it's sort of spherical, the yo-yo's diameter is increased to 5ft from all sides. The downside of the growth is, that the user must immediately land an attack is it starts to grow, in the end resulting with the Yo-Yo on the ground. This also leaves the user open to an attack. Lasts for 2 posts. Cooldown 6 posts. If one wants to lose the downsides, he must make a training topic of 1500 words with the user practicing to keep the weight as same as the Yo-Yo without it changing.

Lightning Style: Rain of the Thunder God
Rank of Jutsu: B
Element Affinity: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: 0-20m [65ft]
Description: The user forms tiny needles made from lightning and sends it towards the opponent, the user fires 20 needles. The needles are 2 inches long. Once they hit they cause a shocking effect which numbs the persons body, decreasing their speed by 20%. The shock also causes the opponent's hands to open involuntairly, making any weapon their holding drop. The base speed of the needles is 40mph. Cooldown 4 posts. Requires handseals.

The lightning makes the target's body shake uncontrollably, but no real damage is done, only small electrical burns. During the attack, the target looses control over his whole body. This lasts for 1 post. Cooldown 5 posts. It requires the user to be still when he/she sends the lightning.
