Yo-Yo

Type of Equipment: Mid-range to Close-range
Description:The only way to use them close range, is to actually use the yoyos.
There is 1 Yo-Yo, weighing 25kg, thus being heavy to hold at first, but with enough practice the person can hold it easily. The Yo-Yo's wire length can go upto 10ft. Neru usually has it tied underneath his arm and sometimes tied on his hands. He doesn't hold it all day though, he can send the Yo-Yos from his arm to his back pocket. The wire is 1 inch thicker than a normal string. The yoyo has a small ring at the beginning of the string, there is also another ring which activates the spikes.
Ability (or Abilities):

The Yo-Yo can be used with chakra to help hold/use them easily

Neru can infuse the Yo-Yo's with lightning chakra. The lightning chakra creates a shock affect. Cooldown 5 posts, lasts for 2 posts. The shock causes very slight electrical burns, which can disarm if user hits directly at the target's hand. Requires 10 chakra

Neru can infuse the wire with wind chakra to help increase speed or change direction without him moving his hands. The speed increases by 5 mph. Cooldown 8 posts. Takes one post to apply wind chakra to the wire, lasts for 2 posts. This ability can only be used twice in a battle, or the wire starts to recieve damage from the tension. Requires 10 chakra

Due to years of training, Neru has mastered on how to use the Yo-Yos without hurting himself in the process.
He can move the Yo-Yos in many directions very quickly, at the velocity of 25 mph

There is an extra wire which activates spikes on the wire, the spikes only cover 2.5m of the string. 0.5 inches long (1.27cm), sharp enough to cut. The spikes are activated when the second ring is pulled.

The Wire

Is strong enough to not be broken by a sword. You could say it's equivalent to a steel sword in hardness. Anything harder than steel, and the wire will break.

History of Item:
When Neru was 16 he asked a blacksmith to make him 2 special types of Yo-Yos. The blacksmith first thought Neru was joking but realised he was serious. The blacksmith took up the offer and made the Yo-Yos as strong as steel with the wires strong enough and flexible enough to move the Yo-Yos. Neru made the design himself and painted the Yo-Yos with the symbol; Star of David.

Get rid of the poison unless you register a poison jutsu used on the yo-yo. Also, it's mid-ranged, not long-ranged. Fix those and bump

Also, how much can you increase the speed with wind chakra?

Ok edited the things you asked except for the poison. I can add poison if I register a jutsu for it?

poison will indeed be something you could add by registering it, Im currently working on making this site's poison system right now actually.

Not sure how poison would work with a yo-yo, or any blunt weapon really. Planning on making the string razor wire or something?

Yeah, it the wire has needles (which are activated by an extra string). Wanted to add poison on them

Like I said in chat, you'll just need to wait until I finish the poison system but due to you lacking Ijutsu you'll only be able to use physical poison rather than jutsu

Bump, nerfed the abilities and added a better description for the wire (I guess)

Explain the shock ability more. Does it cause numbness? Paralysis? Electrical burns?

Include that you need to spend D rank chakra to activate the wind, lightning, or spikes.

What can the spikes cut through? How deep do they cut? How long do they last and what's the cooldown on them? Make sure you include what material of blade it takes to cut the wire.

Edited, and the spikes are activated by the second ring, they are already inside the wire. Already have the durability of the wire added in Durability part

Make sure you include then that anything above steel can cut the wire or break the yo-yo. Do that and I can price it.
