[Second Round] Kiwanu Kuma vs. Neru Hikari

It was finally time, time for Kiwanu to shine, after a full day of waiting for the first rounders to get through with it was now time for Kiwanu's battle to get underway. From what he had heard Neru, that old ass genin had just barely made it through to the next round "lucky bastard if you ask me". Ki would enter the arena his heart pumping he was excited, his first chuunin exam fight, he would swing one end of sanjiegun around as he waited for his opponent's arrival. "Now it's time to show this guy what happens when you step on a kid's shoes".

Neru walked inside the arena for the Second Round against Kiwanu. He met the kid earlier when he accidently stepped on his shoes, it wasn't really a serious quarrel, he barely knew the guy, but one thing he knew was that he was from the Empire. Neru didn't care for such matters, though he didn't mind pummeling Kiwanu. He walked near the centre of the arena where Kiwanu was standing swinging his weapon. It seemed to be a type of nunchuk with 3 ends. "Yo." Neru said with a calm tone. "Happy to see me?" He said with a smirk. He stopped walking when he was 2m away from Kiwanu.

As Neru arrived on the scene Ki would smile,"bout time you made it, figured you'd never show up at this rate..". Kiwanu would roll his eyes as he asked if he was happy to see him "oh yes I was quite enjoying the view, never seen something so ugly tis quite fascinating". Ki would start bouncing up and down as the proctor made his way in between the both of them "alright, yes I'm sure you both know the rules, so let the match begin-ahem!". With that Ki would nod at Neru as his smile faded instantly and he launched forward, swinging Sanjiegun at Neru's face.

Neru just smiled at the kid as he made insults to him. The Proctor began the match and Neru saw Kiwanu launch forward towards him. When Kiwanu did that Neru jumped back by a metre and fell to the ground dodging Kiwanu's attack. "Haha, missed me!" Neru said as he thrusted his legs towards Kiwanu's stomach while he started to charge his chakra.

As Neru jumped back he obviously underestimated the size of his weapon, Sanjiegun as he was still within distance of the weapon it would hit him dead on in the side of the head. Kiwanu would bound backwards and start prepping for his next attack by charging chakra, he would stand 5ft away from his now injured opponent, swinging his tri-linked staff around while he waited "gotta do better my friend, don't want you ending up with a concussion".

Neru got smacked with the staff, he underestimated the distance the weapon would hit. He fell to the ground as he got smacked like Kiwanu's hoes. He covered his head as the pain hurt alot. His head was bruised badly, but wasn't bleeding. He rolled a bit and covered his head, facing the ground, while charging. It looked like he had fainted.

His opponent was down, it was time to go on the offensive once more. He would surge forward once more and at the same time release his built up chakra. He'd near his opponent as his right hand started to change form due to the jutsu he'd just released, his fingers now formed into bear claws and the rest of his hand now covered with fur. He would slash at the downed man, if he could not dodge his head would be receiving some new scars and it would be hard for the man to counter to due to the recent blow to the head. Ki was prepared for the unexpected however as he had Sanjiegun ready in his left hand swinging the entire staff at Neru right after he went for the slash at his head.

Neru quickly raised his hands aimed towards Kiwanu and said "Stop! I give, just don't kill me!" The Proctor came and blocked Kiwanu from attacking Neru with his claws. Neru slowly stood up, a bit dizzy from the blow he received from a nunchuk staff hybrid whatcamacallit. It was embarrassing to give up, but it's better not to receive scars from a match. Neru never thought Kiwanu was capable of turning into such a beast. He looked like a short wimpy kid who has a thing for knicks. Neru then said
"We might fight again someday, but it's not likely. Good luck, sorry about you knicks kid."
Neru had nothing else to say. He just turned around and started to walk off with his left hand trying to cluth onto his head, where the wound was. He knew the kid would mock him for forfeiting so early in the round, with only a blow from a side. Neru shook his head while gritting his teeth with his eyes closed as he continued to walk and leave the arena. He could hear the crowd's boos die out more with every step he took. Neru sighed and exited the hallway.
