No Face: The Sickness

Background Info: Reports of missing children are rampant in Morigakure. No one knows why they disappear, the parents just find them gone. Those who have gone to look for the children have never come back. The only thing tying the disappearances together is a sort of mass paranoia that takes over the children, and it seems the children draw similar things days before they are disappear: a circle with no face, a note that says "No eyes. Sees you.", another note that says "Always watching" and a picture of a blank stick figure in a suit surrounded by trees. The kage would like you to see what is going on, and bring peace to Morigakure.

Description: A living witness of the kidnapper has been found, but he seems vastly paranoid almost to the point of violence. He saw the kidnapper take his daughter. He chased the captor to the edge of the forest, and will not say what he saw next. He will not respond to any violence, and our best genjutsu users have failed to calm him down. The only information we seem to have gotten from the witness is "No eyes, watches me. Can't sleep, he'll take me. He's here." We do not know what this means, but we have guarded the perimeter to make the witness more comfortable. It is up to you to get the information out of the witness, and maybe shed some light on this captor.
